After Abidjan in Côte d'Ivoire, Conakry and Dakar, capital cities of the Republics of Guinea and Senegal respectively, will soon host a seminar on the arbitration system of the common Court of Justice and Arbitration of OHADA (CCJA-Ohada).

These meetings, primarily oriented towards practice, will allow exchange on a practical case following the arbitration rules of the CCJA, from the arbitration agreement to the award and the post arbitral phase. The exchanges will be facilitated by judges of the CCJA, the General Secretary of the CCJA Arbitration Centre and recognized practitioners of arbitration.

Other meetings, organized in the same format, will take place in various OHADA member countries as part of the OHADA Arbitration Tour.
