We have the honor to inform you that the Regional High School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) organizes, from November 27th to December 1st, 2017 at its headquarters in Porto-Novo (Benin), in collaboration with the Association “Impulsion du Droit Communautaire” (IDC-Benin), a certified training on the following theme: “Mediation Practice within the OHADA space”.

Please kindly find below more information about the aforementioned training course:

Venue: Headquarters of ERSUMA at Porto-Novo (Benin)
Duration/dates: five (05) days, from Monday 27th November to Friday 1st December 2017.

Target:

mediators, arbitrators, administrators of arbitration and mediation institutes, judges, lawyers, solicitors, bailiffs, judicial representatives, corporate lawyers, chartered accountants, managers, businessmen, scholars, and all interested persons.

Participation requirements:

• Fill up and send back the registration form to ERSUMA;
• Pay the Training Fee as the sum of 350.000 FCFA. This Fee covers teaching materials and equipment, coffee and lunch breaks during the training days.

The trip, accommodation, feeding fee and other expenses are at the participant responsibility.

A discount of ten percent (10%) is given for a group registration of at least five (05) participants.
