OHADA / ERSUMA / Certification training on the theme: Strategic management of real estate seizures in the OHADA space

The Regional Higher School of the Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), organizes, from April 1st to 5th 2019, a certification training session on the theme: “Strategic management of real estate seizures in the OHADA space”.
Venue: Porto-Novo at ERSUMA Headquarters (Benin)
Duration/dates: Five (05) days, from April 1st to 5th, 2019
Target audience: Bailiffs, enforcement agents, auctioneers.
Trainers:
- Mr DIOUF Mounetaga, Senior Judge, Doctor in private law, Technical Advisor to the Minister of Justice, Executive Secretary of the OHADA National Commission, Trainer at ERSUMA (Senegal);
- Barrister ENAME NKWAME Samuel, Bailiff, Secretary General of the National Chamber of Bailiffs, Trainer at ERSUMA (Cameroon).

- Pay the training fees set up at the sum of FCFA 250,000.
A 10 % discount is granted for an organization or a company registration of at least three (03) participants.
Students and the PhD students willing to attend this training will benefit a 40 % discount on the training fees after justifying their status (a scanned copy of student registration certificate in support of the application). All applications shall be sent to the Director General of ERSUMA through the following email: ersuma@ohada.org.
The training fees cover teaching tools and materials, coffee and lunch breaks during the training days. The trip, accommodation, dining fees and other expenses shall be borne by the participant.

bonjour, j'aime beaucoup le droit communautaire et rêve un jour d'être parmi ceux charger de le perfectionner davantage. Seulement mon probléme ou plus exactement ma limite est mon niveau relativement faible en droit. Je suis titulaire d'un certificat de capacité en droit à l'UCAD. Mais par mes recherches personnelles, j'ai pu élever un peu mon niveau dans la matiére juridique. En me confrontant à des étudiants du niveau de la maitrise ou même plus, j'ai du m'en rendre effectivement compte. Et même mon patron me conseille souvent de poursuivre les études en droit pour validider mes connaissances. Mais c'est sans compter avec les moyen qui me font défaut. Je voudrais vraiment compter sur vos conseils et éventuellement appuis pour trouver une solution à cette limite. Je ne sais pas si cette page est appropriée à une telle relation ou pas. J'espére recevoir une réponse de votre part à toutes fins utiles. Merci et toutes mes félicitations à votre équipe.
