President of the Council of Ministers to Visit OHADA Institutions

H.E. Mr Ousmane DIAGNE, Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice of the of the Republic of Senegal, will undertake a tour of OHADA institutions from 7 to 12 July 2024 in his capacity as the current Chair of the Organization's Council of Ministers.
During this tour, which will take him respectively to the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (Abidjan), the Regional Advanced School of Magistracy (Porto-Novo) and the Permanent Secretariat (Yaoundé), the Chair of the Council of Ministers will visit the premises and hold talks with the staff.
He will also be granted audience by his colleagues in the countries hosting the headquarters of these institutions.
At the end of the tour, the Chair of the Council of Ministers will hold a working session with the Heads of OHADA's operational institutions.
