Specialty diploma in corporate governance (DSGE) & OHADA proceedings
Certificate in OHADA arbitration & mediation
The Regional Advanced School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), hereby informs the general public of the call for enrolment in the second batch of training courses leading to diplomas and the launch of its new certificate in OHADA Mediation (CMO). Enrolment is therefore open for the 2025-2026 academic year for the Speciality Diploma in Corporate Governance - Business Administration Option (DSGE-AE), the Speciality Diploma in OHADA Proceedings - Enforcement Proceedings Option (DSPO-PE), the Certificate in OHADA Arbitration (CAO) and the Certificate in OHADA Mediation (CMO).
- These four (04) courses are offered online and in evening classes, with a compulsory in-person session to defend dissertations and reports, and an optional in-person session for the official graduation ceremony.
- Admission to all the four courses is based on the review of applicants' records, and the number of places is limited.
