Article 140 Aupsrve

En matière de saisie, le débiteur ne peut, aux termes de l'article 140 de l'Acte uniforme portant organisation des voies d'exécution, initier que l'action en nullité de la saisie portant sur un bien dont il n'est pas propriétaire.
En conséquence, est irrecevable, pour défaut de qualité, l'action en distraction d'objets saisis initiée par le débiteur.
