Voies D'exécution - Saisie-attribution - Décision En Condamnation - Exécution Tardive Exécution Signifiant Que Le Bénéficiaire N'est Pas Dans Le Besoin (non) - Mainlevée (non)

Il ne peut valablement reprocher à la demanderesse d'avoir attendu six mois pour engager l'exécution de la décision de condamnation, dès lors l'exécution tardive de la décision qui alloue la pension alimentaire ne signifie nullement que le bénéficiaire n'est pas dans le besoin dans la mesure où il est constant que les décisions ne sont pas remises aux parties le jour de leur prononcé.
