Voies D'exécution - Saisie-attribution De Créance - Demande Aux Fins De Distraction De Biens - Somme D'argent - Sommes Susceptibles De Faire L'objet De L'action En Distraction (non)

L'ordonnance attaquée doit être infirmée et le demandeur doit être débouté de son action en distraction des sommes d'argent saisies, dès lors que les biens pouvant faire l'objet de l'action en distraction sont ceux qui peuvent être vendus à la différence des sommes d'argent.
