Saisie Conservatoire Réalisée Sans Titre Exécutoire - Recherche D'un Titre Exécutoire - Validité De La Recherche Initiée Avant Le Début Du Délai Imparti
La recherche d'un titre exécutoire engagée avant que ne commence à courir le délai d'un mois prévu à l'article 61 de l'AUPSRVE répond bien aux conditions posées par cette disposition. En l'espèce, il en est ainsi de la requête introduite le 28 mai 2003 par la créancière aux fins d'obtenir une condamnation définitive de ses débiteurs par injonction de payer, même si elle est antérieure à la saisie conservatoire.
