Celebration of OHADA's 31st Anniversary: Permanent Secretariat is Gearing up to Hold a Bimodal Conference and a Documentary Exhibition at its Headquarters

To commemorate this day, the Permanent Secretariat is organising a documentary exhibition at its headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon), as well as a conference on “The autonomy of OHADA law in relation to national laws”. The conference will also be accessible online via the ERSUMA digital platform.

Décès de M. Ndong FALL, ancien Président de la CCJA

Ce Haut Magistrat sénégalais a rejoint la CCJA en qualité de Juge, le 6 janvier 2006, et assuré les fonctions de Président de cette Cour suprême supranationale de janvier 2007 à juin 2010. Visit of the OHADA Council of Ministers President-in-office: Wrap-up at the Permanent Secretariat
