Lectures related to OHADA law at the University of Xiangtang (CHINA) from 17 to 19 March

In the ambit of the program for the promotion of the OHADA common legal system in China, we inform you that from 17 to 19 March, Professor Salvatore MANCUSO, Professor of Law at the University of Macau, President of Club OHADA Chine-Macao et UNIDA Representative for Asia, will deliver two lectures related to OHADA law at Centre of African Law of Xiangtang University (Hunan Province) in China. The first lecture, to be addressed to students of the University interested in African legal affairs, is an "Introduction to the OHADA common legal framework", while for the second, addressed to students and teachers of the Faculty of Law, the topic will be "The future of African law in the 21st century, the place and role of OHADA".
