ERSUMA activities in Côte d'Ivoire Republic in november 2018
The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) organises several major activities in Abidjan in Côte d'Ivoire from 19 to 24 November 2018 at hotel TIAMA.
1. 3rd and last 2018 training session on the topic: “the new financial statements of the revised SYSCOHADA: drafting and methodological guide”
Trainer:
- Mr. Joël Omer Arnold MABUDU, Chartered accountant. General Director of GLOBAL EXPERT accounting firm. Co-editor of the AUDCIF
Target audience: Chartered accountants, accounting and finance directors, administrative and financial directors, chiefs accountants, accountants, accounting department staff, auditors, financials, managers, legal representatives, tax specialists, corporate advisers, academics, economic operators, lawyers, judges, notaries, bailiffs, and anyone in connection with accounting .
Cost: 350.000 FCFA
A discount of 10% will be granted to a group with three (03) registrations.
2. Training session N°2 on the topic: “Legal and accounting techniques of corporate restructuring: how to carry out mergers, divisions and partial contributions of assets under OHADA law ?”
Trainers:
- Professor Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Law Lecturer, General Director of ERSUMA;
- Mr. Joël Omer Arnold MABUDU, Chartered accountant, General Director of GLOBAL EXPERT accounting firm, Co-editor of the AUDCIF.
Target audience: Notaries, lawyers, judges, corporate advisers, corporate administrators, managers and economic operators, chartered accountants and accountants, auditors, accounting and financial directors, administrative and financial directors, chiefs accountants, accounting officers, management controller, accounting staff, financials, tax experts, academics.
Dates: 22 - 24 November 2018 (03 days)
Cost: 300.000 FCFA
A discount of 10% will be granted to a group with three (03) registrations.
3. ERSUMA Matinée - Training on the topic: “Immunity from execution in OHADA space”
Trainer:
- Professor Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Law Lecturer. General Director of ERSUMA
Target audience: lawyers, bailiffs, corporate advisers, corporate directors, managers and economic operators.
Date and time: Tuesday 20 November 2018 from 09am to 01 pm
Cost: 50.000 FCFA
Registration requirements
- Fill and send the registration form to ERSUMA;
- Pay the training fees amounting to:
- 350.000FCFA for the session on the new financial statements of the revised AUDCIF
- 300.000 FCFA for the session on Legal and accounting techniques of corporate restructuring
- 50.000 FCFA for the Training Matinee on immunity from execution
Students and postgraduates willing to attend the trainings will have a 40% discount on the cost of training after justifying their status (a scanned copy of student registration certificate in support of the application). Applications shall be sent to the Director General of ERSUMA through the e-mail address ersuma@ohada.org. The reduction shall not apply to the cost of Training Matinées.
The training fees shall cover the equipment and teaching materials, coffee and lunch breaks during the training. Travel, accommodation and other catering costs shall be borne by the participant.
