Le pourvoi est recevable, lorsque la décision attaquée a, comme en l'espèce, été notifiée par le Greffier en chef, la signification et la notification emportant les mêmes effets en l'espèce.
L'article 12 de l'AUPSRVE traite seulement de la tentative de conciliation en cas d'opposition et ne fait aucune référence à un jugement sur le fond.
